Manager/Supervisor

Yardex Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (6–10 years) with a strong background in manufacturing facilities projects. The ideal candidate will have managed industrial construction such as factories, warehouses, and utility-intensive plants. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with PMP certification preferred.

Experience Requirement: 6–10 years in construction management, with proven track record in industrial/manufacturing projects.
Project Types: Factories, warehouses, industrial plants, utilities integration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues.
- Technical Skills:
  - Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and standards.
  - Familiarity with utilities (HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, power systems).
  - Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
  - Understanding of lean construction and workflow optimization.
- Soft Skills:
  - Leadership and team management.
  - Problem-solving and decision-making.
  - Communication and stakeholder coordination.
  - Qualifications:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    - PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  - Location: Based in Ain Sokhna or other industrial zones
