Yardex is looking for a Senior Order Management Specialist to join our team in our Ain Sokhna Factory. The Order Management Specialist manages export order operations by accurately processing and entering customer orders received from commercial and planning teams into internal order management systems,

The ideal candidate will be curious, have a strong attention to detail and passion for customer success.

Responsibilities:

•      Manage export order operations by accurately processing and entering customer orders received from commercial and planning teams into internal order management systems.
       Coordinate with pricing, planning, and production departments to ensure up-to-date pricing and correct order allocation aligned with customer requirements.
       Collaborate closely with Finance and logistics teams to arrange transportation, including truck and container bookings, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment delivery.
       Oversee warehouse export activities, including product preparation, packaging, and on-time dispatch to meet customer delivery schedules.
       Collaborate with the customer and claims admin team to resolve financial discrepancies by generating credit and debit notes.
       Monitor daily operational reports to track order status, delivery progress, forecast accuracy, and financial standing of customers.
       Generate purchasing orders and maintain clear communication with suppliers.
       Conduct weekly follow-ups with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order -related issues.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree required,
• Four years experience in order management - Operation
